How this website collects and uses personal data.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, message and CV.
- Technical data: your IP address, kept for a short time to block spam and abuse. We use Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation, to count visits.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your message or consider your application. We do not sell or share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers who host this website and our email, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 24 months and job applications for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted, unless you become a client, in which case our engagement terms apply.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@ngpca.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
